Passionate PINK Freeway Bannering University Ave

Come to the University Ave overpass between 7:30-9:00a.m. and help start commuters' weekend off right by focusing on ENDING WAR & OCCUPATION!

Hold up banner "DRONES: MAKING ENEMIES FASTER THAN WE CAN KILL THEM" and others urging commuters to work for peace, call their legislators, or whatever message that is appropriate for this week.

This is a hugely rewarding action that demands little effort. It's a GREAT way to start YOUR day off too!

The University Ave overpass/footbridge is accessible from both sides of the I80/580 freeway. If you take University Ave west and cross over the freeway. the first stop sign, make a left and park immediately on your right at the Sea Breeze Market parking lot. Take the path to the bridge. From the Aquatic Park, turn south on 6th st and make your first right on Addison to the end, park & walk up to the bridge.
